I hope things are beginning to turn. Interesting how everyone around us have become experts in a field with so many variables and unknowns. I hope people are getting excited and ready to move on and get excited about the financial opportunities in our lives. It is a very exciting time to be alive and be apart of all that is around us. So many great ideas and decisions. I think it is rad!!! Here is an interesting quip from a site I frequent:
1. The swing is in large part a reaction to the Fed’s surprise rate cut on Tuesday. The markets went from saying, ‘Wow, we must be in some deep trouble if the Fed felt they couldn’t wait until next week!’ to ‘Whew, the Fed is going to save us!’ That sparked the big rally.
2. See the article from www.money.cnn.com about the risks for a recession in 2008. I think it lays out a pretty clear case that the risks for a recession are pretty large and that ‘things are different this time.’ What’s different? The credit problems that are facing the financial markets are going to make it harder for us to spend our way out of this downturn.

Welcome to 2008!! Wow, 2007 flew by. I updated the site and went back to using the K2 theme for Wordpress. The most recent version makes using/customizing a real treat. The header image at the top is now a randomized image from a directory on the site… This is unique. I wonder what 2008 will bring, election years are always interesting times.
Found a great site and am in the process of revamping the website. Until I get time again the images will be too big, I need to edit and install some better sites. It took a little to figure out how the code worked. Also, it is getting late.
Thank you RADIOHEAD finally released a new album today. I preordered the in rainbows album off there website and downloaded the music. This is something that I think bands should start doing. I agree with Ray on this. The more that you can stay a fan of this band or that band and the bands promote well, people will support your art form. I don’t think that it is fair to assume that with the advent of digital lifestyles that people are going to become cheap. If we live in a day and age when everyone has some sort of +100 dollar device that plays music, then we live in a new era of music.
This is http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/drum a great flash drum set that Thom Yorke suggested
I recommend blocking out one hour of your time and listening to this album from the start to finish all 10. I cannot wait to see what RADIOHEAD is going to ship me! In other news I also downloaded there music from amazon.com too, that is a great service. I just wish that you could download THE OFFICE and watch it on my MACBOOK laptop, without needing to boot up Windows.

I have been talking to a lot of people about FIJI water. This came from an article with such information as:
Thirty years ago, bottled water barely existed as a business in the United States. Last year, we spent more on Poland Spring, Fiji Water, Evian, Aquafina, and Dasani than we spent on iPods or movie tickets–$15 billion. It will be $16 billion this year.
Very interesting stuff. I think it is great as American’s “consumers” we are staying hydrated. What I found really interesting was:
And in Fiji, a state-of-the-art factory spins out more than a million bottles a day of the hippest bottled water on the U.S. market today, while more than half the people in Fiji do not have safe, reliable drinking water. Which means it is easier for the typical American in Beverly Hills or Baltimore to get a drink of safe, pure, refreshing Fiji water than it is for most people in Fiji.
Read this great article. Now I am not going to stop watching the Office, but I will not be purchasing this water and will continue telling the interesting points of the article.
Following directions for something funny:
- Purchase Alka Seltzer tablets, fishing line & squirt water guns (get the idea?)
- Drill small hole in Alka Seltzer tablet, insert one end of fishing line through
- Make necklace with fishing line (or similar diameter rope)
- Put necklace around neck
- Fill water guns
- Last attached tablet wins
