Built the the bike!

Happy, happy me.
Well the ups.com website was correct. When I got home this evening the mountain bike had arrived.
I assembled the bike and Tracy and I went for a ride this evening. Pretty tall frame, it really fits well. Needs some experienced wrenching done by a bike mechanic and then should be good to go. It is nice having a mountain bike. I look forward to the adventures that are too come!
Now we will plan to go on some great bike adventures. Also look forward to being able to head out on the trails fly fishing with a bike to battle the trails ahead.

Another week flew by.
A lot of good things going on. On Monday Tracy decided that we could go ahead and order a mountain bike for me, this way we would have another hobby to pursue together. Here it is Friday and I was really hoping to see the bike by now. Unfortunately the picture off Schwinn’s website is the only way I am going to see the bike today. I looked up where exactly the bike is shipping from and it is slated to arrive on Monday. It could still make my day if I made it home and it was sitting there in a box. Chances are slim although; according to www.ups.com they will guarantee the delivery by Monday June 27, 2005.
Tracy and I are going to go hiking with sister and mom Saturday. Should be nice. The fishing is still slow in the Columbia River. I may take the drift boat out Sunday and go fishing still undecided.
You can check out how slow the fishing is on the link I posted today!
Next week I think I am going to add some good financial sites too.

This is exactly what I would like to build with the parts sitting down in the garage.
I would like to start doing this after we decide on our Road Glide purchase.
You just don’t see such classic bikes like this anymore.

Get after it!

That is all…
Tracy and I watched Batman Begins. It was a good movie. I agree with my friend Reid who happened to suggest watching the movie, that for a SUPERHERO movie it was still good.
A lot of people that I have visited with including my wife said after watching the movie that the sequel should be good. Is it just me or did everyone forget that we are dealing with a Star Wars scenario here and Batman has already come out.
If there was a sequel, it would be killer if Tim Burton and Christoper Nolan did this together. Since both of them started Batman.

Helped our good friend Ryan Isaacson fix his Jeep Wrangler. What is really cool is that our brilliant mechanic friend, Mike Schutt, figured out:
What was wrong. How to remedy the solution for the future.
Also after our trip to Bend this weekend, the dream has started! That is exciting. The trip was also a blast a must say.
